Founded in 2005, Nysa Capital, LLC is a full-service merchant banking and financial advisory firm based in Atlanta, Georgia. The firm provides services for clients in two primary areas, commercial real estate and corporate finance, and has successfully arranged and/or advised on nearly $2 billion in transaction volume since inception. Nysa Capital offers discrete access to various forms of debt capital including senior, bridge, mezzanine and preferred equity from strong relationships across a broad spectrum of institutional investors, high net worth family offices and foreign direct investment.  

Nysa Capital also participates in select co-investment equity opportunities as part of our client engagements. In addition to sourcing capital, the firm uniquely covers an array of functions to include modeling, structuring, underwriting and due-diligence, valuations and offering/pitch-deck preparation. In addition to specific client engagements, Nysa Capital couples our functional expertise with robust technology to perform programmatic “off-market” debt-origination services for various capital partners.

OUR NAME

“Nysa” is a word of Greek origin that means “a new beginning” or “goal.” The name was chosen as a reflection of our belief in new beginnings.
